This short 20 second film is called "The Flower" it was an assignment for 3D production class and I decided to experiment with the concept of pointillism textures on 3D models at the same time. I had to do the original storyboarding and plot, I did the voices, modeling background pieces like the trees and bench, uv mapping, and animating the pre-made models.

This was a model and texture assignment, burt I went a little above the assignment requirement. I had to decided to do a lightning effect with particles as it was a part of a world I designed, and it was the main character's gun in a dystopian future. The Particles came off really well and I liked it a lot, I also like the gun as well in terms of the modeling

Basic Modeling, Texture, and Lighting

These two pictures are parts of the assignment of basic 3D modeling class, however it by far is one of my favorite pieces I have EVER done. I had created a backstory for the owner of this room, a 16 year old who while she is the leader singer and guitar player of a goth music band has a LOVE of cute anime and plushies. She shares that particular love cause her mother works as a toy designer, but her love of gothic and death imagery came from her late coffin building father (he even built the desk with coffin shelves). and as a 16 year old she has an image to maintain so she hides these other loves when friends are over.

The first picture is the basic models of the room with only a wireframe texture to show the shapes. The second image is the final product, all textures, models, and lighting were done by me and it came out exactly like I imagined when I originally designed the room.

Rig Only. Model provided by CGTrader.

This was a rigging assignment to rig a prop, bugs counted so I had fun with this particular sider scorpion robot (how many times do you see that?)

It worked smoothly and I felt my placement for the controls were nice, simple, and easy to work with
